Our Mission
As a partner of the United Nations Environment Programme our mission is to work with charities and NGO’s across Africa, Asia and Latin America providing food and supplying a means for rural communities to achieve economic stability through the promotion of agroforesty, while at the same time reducing the Co2 in the planet’s atmosphere.
We work with our partners to improve livelihoods and restore degraded lands to sustainable productivity through planting beneficial trees in agroforestry systems providing a myriad of benefits, such as food; forage for animals; increased agricultural yields; improved water infiltration and the protection of soils from wind and water erosion.
Through a network of technicians, volunteers and community leaders world-wide, our partners program reaches out and provides the knowledge and ability to rehabilitate their environment. Our primary partner network has helped thousands of communities in Latin America, Africa, and Asia improving their livelihoods and their environment by planting nearly 65 million trees. These trees remove over one and a half million tons of CO2 from the atmosphere each year.
