1) You Join the programme

A simple application form needs to completed with your restaurants details |
2) We supply any POS or training material you may want

We can create POS for the tables and/or send information or visit to assist training for managers/waiting staff |
3) 99p is added to the bill on each table - removed if diner request

Electronic tills record tree sales, so administration is minimal |
4) Each month you confirm how many trees your restaurant is planting

You can either send an email or fill in a box on our website confirming how many tree you have achieved each month. We then issue a VAT invoice |
5) You submit funds to Food For Thought

Either by an online payment, BACs transfer or cheque. |
6) We arrange for the trees to be distributed and planted
|
- |
We liaise with our planting partner and order the required number of trees for your restaurant |
7) You are given a monthly certificate confirming the total number of tree you have planted since joining
|
- |
We send the certificate to confirm your new contribution has been added to your previous tree count |
We also issue period press releases when you achieve milestone tree counts
